It is always easy to bring my car in to service, and they are responsive when I arrive. I had already expected that I would need a new tire and most likely would need to wait a few days since this has happened before. However, Daniel was in communication with me the entire time which was very different than my previous experience. He made it very seamless updating me and making sure I was being accommodated appropriately. I came into Schumacher pre-owned looking for a Dodge Challenger, they received one the day before.
