Although we enjoyed our purchases from Schumacher, this review is all about a salesperson who we trust and like very much - the one and only Fred Miller! There have been 5 Subaru vehicles in our family since 2014. Fred has sold us 4 of the 5. Regretfully, when the first one was purchased in 2014, we did not know about Fred. Had we known about Fred, I can guarantee that he would have sold us every Subaru in our family. We don't "support" any specific dealership, we without question and hesitation support Fred! I had a very good experience trading an Outback to a Forester. I went in and had a number that I was willing to pay for the trade, and said I was not going to make a deal without that number which I provided in the beginning. Angelique Hernandez, the sales representative, was very professional and also very personable. There was minimal back and forth with management to complete the deal. It was not the normal that I have experienced when trading cars. Hats up to Angelique
