Had the hardest time finding a good deal on a car. I put an inquiry on line and Aurora answered it. She put me in touch With Dmitry who had a deal made with in 30 min of talking to him. Made the 2 and a half hr drive to meet Phil who did my test drive paperwork and going over of the car to Aj who was my finance guy who was straight to the point and had a great sense of humor. Thank you Aurora Phil Aj and Dmitry you guys are a breath of fresh air to the the car industry.
Needed an ignition cylinder for my car which was stuck in a Walmart parking lot. Called this location they had the parts in stock and put them on hold for me. When I went in Greg was behind the counter and super helpful and explained what I would need to do to reinstall the new part the correct way and even went out of his way to get a technician (Rich) who was extremely knowledgeable and also helped explain. I cannot say enough about these two guys or this location in general!
Damien was awesome in my purchase of my TAOS. As I told him, this has been the quickest transaction I have ever had buying a car. I was out of the dealership in less than three hours. I have never an experience like this buying a car. Will definitely return!
