When Matt initially showed me the car I just knew it was the one! He did everything he could possibly do to make it happen! Matt was always available to answer any questions after I drove it. He was determined as much as I was to see the sale through, with professionalism and kindness. Even now when I have questions he helps me or makes sure I’m taken care when I go to service. I will highly recommend.
Devon had made sure that there would be a loaner car for me, and there was. I received updates without having to call in. The whole process was made to be as easy as possible for me.
My service representative, Erick is someone that I can always count on to follow through with what he says. Since I live a fair distance from the dealership, if I need a part, he makes sure it will be there in time for my scheduled appointment. He is professional, courteous and responsive. Mr. Erick Rivera is always exceptional. He went above and beyond on the car service at moments notice.He even gave us a loaner for our family to resume to our daily routine. I would never hesitate to call the dealership in case i have a service matter because i know Mr. Rivera will always take care of me. Devin has done it again. His customer service and communication is exceptional. I have run several dealerships up in Pa and Devin has a new devoted customer as long as I am in Florida. If you things done right and treated like V.I.P then ask for Devin. He truly does what is right not only the dealership but the the customer!!! I also appreciate him promptness as I travel a lot and my time is very limited.
