"This is the second rating I have received. Elliot Bates..." This is the second rating I have received. Elliot Bates is a true professional in analyzing our needs and desires. We purchased our Volvo XC60 on our first visit and took it home that night. It was late so we made an appointment with him to learn how to use all the features a few days later, he spent 3 hours answering our questions and show us how to get the most enjoyment from our new car! I will recommend any of my friends who want a olio to Elliott!
