A pleasure to have Stephen as our salesman. He was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the different models we looked at . We finally purchased a 2022 Volvo SUV - model xc60, B6 AWD, two days ago after looking at other luxury vehicles in the area. Stephen went above and beyond helping us with the new technology and setting up the informational system on the vehicle for us. Most of all a very honest and personable salesman.
Matt Needle and Joel Capaz went over and above exceeding our expectations. My husband and I visited the dealership to service our 2020 Volvo XC40 T5, with no intention of upgrading to a newer model. While we were waiting, Joel, who was the initial salesperson, and Matt were asked several questions about the 2023 Volvo XC40 B4 model that was in the showroom. This was the 3rd Volvo dealership I had visited in 2 days. I walked away from the other two due to what felt like shady sales practices. Nori At Schumacher was transparent in her presentation. I know everyone has to make money. But I just ask for transparency. I felt like she was as much as I could tell. No customer likes the constant stalls of “asking the manager” or the magical numbers some come up with. I appreciated their help at Schumacher. We’ll done. And I’m in a new car 🤪
