I’m not one to post negative reviews. I’m extremely disappointed with this practice. The level of care and follow up is deplorable. I went in last Friday to have something looked at. I explained to the doctor (Julia Escandon Brehm) about my concerns that there was a palpable core under the surface of the skin. She took a perfunctory look at the blemish and used a surface treatment (cryo) instead of removing the core through small excision/lance. She never even palpated the area to confirm. The office in West Boca is incredible… The staff from the start are so kind and patient. The nursing staff have always been so fun to talk to before my appointments! Also PA Nicole is so knowledgeable! I was so impressed by her natural approach to skin care as well, 10/10 recommend this office!

The front desk girl and assistant were nice and professional but when dr. soraya brenda came in the room she was extremely rude and condescending. when asked why i came in i told her i broke out in rashes and she replies i don't see any rashes. when i took my shirt off to show her she saw all my tattoos and commented "What are you a gangster"? which i took extremely offensive i said excuse me so im a gangster because i have tattoos and sarcastically said i've also been to jail, instead of an appology she immediately asks if ... read more
Nicole Gentile is extremely knowledgeable in the field of dermatology. She is compassionate and has excellent bedside manners. The number one thing she does is LISTENS, LISTENS! to her patient concerns. That in fact is priceless. She educated me on my multiple conditions and gave me many options as per treatment and how to approach them.
