My son saw Dr. Burgos and she is absolutely amazing! He is 18 months and gets very nervous around Drs because of previous laser procedures but she was great with him and he seemed very relaxed around her. I was shocked because he freaks out at any sight of a Dr. She is very communicative with the treatment plan and such a positive person. She also recommended a numbing cream for future laser appointments that his previous dermatologist never mentioned. I'm very grateful for that. Ive been a client of Clearly Dermatology for several years and visited all 3 locations in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. I've always received prompt and friendly service from the front desk staff and nurses. The staff always takes their time and delivers great customer service. You can always get someone on the phone when calling in. The doctors are very professional and compassionate. They make me feel comfortable. My 16 year old son sees Dr Burgos and she's very warm and friendly towards her patients. She answers all my and my sons questions regarding his case. My son is very comfortable with the doctor and her nurses. Happy to find such a nice office and super clean too I recommend Dr Burgos to anyone that needs help her younger kids/teenagers, .... and adults too

Dr. Hancock and her assistants were amazing!! Did whole body check for hubby & I. Her attention to detail w her exam and explanations was impressive. She made sure hubby was not in any pain w procedure. She also provided advice for promoting healing!! We have treated at Ft. lauderdale office and they are also fabulous but Dr.Hancock & her staff are our new favorites.

Coming in as a new pt I called to advise office I was running late they have and was told they have 10 minute grace period upon sitting down and filling out pt paperwork the front desk loudly and rudely stands and points discussing I was late and didn't have the proper insurance information when I had scheduled via phone they were able to pull up my sons information which made me feel so uncomfortable to the point that I got back up to return the clip board and proceeded to leave while . Dr Burgos is extremely nice, however the policies of the practice are very poor. On the day of my son's follow-up appointment, we were late. I called the office to explain I couldn't make it on time and they informed me they would have to make my appointment a "no show". Which means if I want to reschedule, I will have to have a credit card on file in case I don't show up so they can charge me. We do our best to honor a 10-15 minute "grace period" for tardiness however beyond that time, all remaining appointments and procedures for the day are delayed thereafter. This is the worst place ever. Their scheduling system is completely screwed up. They did not return an urgent message left on the medical assistant line for over a week. I had to call them back. They made an appointment with the nurse practitioner for me and then cancelled it. Do not use this place. They seem to know nothing about patient care.
Company and West Boca office is terrible. First...on 2 separate occasions I made appointments over the phone with their office, arrived for the appointment time only to be told I was NOT in their system and I had to reschedule and that it was my fault I didn't recognize that I didn't receive a confirmation text from them following our call.
