My daughter had an appointment on Friday. Olivia at the desk was great and Safryn the nurse was so sweet. Dr Nicole really helped my daughter and was very caring. They made us feel welcome. I really appreciate your kindness
The doctor is kind and was very gentle with my 2.5 year old. The entire staff was very sweet. I highly recommend
I would not recommend going to this Derm clinic if you are suffering from a severe skin condition. This organization has cancelled my appointment multiple times. Additionally their associated lab LOST my sample and I never received my test results. They ONLY followed up after I called them to complain that I never heard back from my doctor and never received my results. Dr. Biedenfeld is a great doctor. The staff is always professional and provide great customer service.
From beginning to the end of my entire visit, all of the staff at this office are super friendly and helpful! Dr. Burgos is competent, compassionate, patient, and very thorough. All of the staff ensure that you are made to feel very comfortable throughout any invasive medical procedures.
