Dr. Doesn't get back to you in a timely manner. I've been waiting weeks for an answer/solution. I've never experienced this lack of communication with any other Dr's office. My family & I will go elsewhere.

I always arrive 10 minutes before my appointment, the wait is getting longer, 20, 30 minutes, last time it took 45 minutes past my original appointment. I also had some facials done and did not like the obvious expectations for tipping. I do believe in rewarding a good service, however, it is uncomfortable when it is so obvious. I will not be coming back to this or perhaps other locations.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was a patient here for over a year. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. My appt, was today. They called me 50 minutes before my appointment and told me they do not take my insurance and I had to pay them for my visit in full. According to my insurance co they still do take my insurance. I saw the dermatologist for a skin irritation on my neck and my arm, she put me on a cortisone ointment and my irritation is still present, I called their office, and they want me to come in again, but they want to charge me my co-pay again. I will never go back to them. I feel like they're all about the money and not caring about their patients. I would never recommend them.

The doctors are amazing but the front desk staff makes it difficult to remain a patient. I cancelled an appointment with the most amount of notice we could give which unfortunately was within 24 hours. In fact, it was cancelled when they called to confirm the appointment the day before. When i called to make an appointment a few weeks later for another issue the representative verbally "scolded" me for not cancelling more than 24 hours before and now they needed to keep a credit card on file because I missed an appointment. ... read more

The Assistant was sick, on the phone with her own doctor tryIng to make an appointment while I sat there waiting. As a brand new patient I was told to be there at 11:00am. I filled out 2-3 minutes of paperwork and gave it back to the receptionist. I wasn't seen until 11:30. An assistant takes me to a room and I ask if they are usually 30 minutes behind schedule. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. I have been here before and went back to purchase the exact same product I have purchased previously. i called and explained what i wanted and they told me to be there at 10:30 even though i did not need to see a doctor, they just needed me there at 10:30 So I arrive at 1015, checked in and stepped out the front door to finish my conference call. I had to give it some time before writing this review to look at it subjectively. My husband took our three year old to the Boynton Beach office location to have a some white spots looked at on her leg. My husband called me as the doctor examined her and the doctor immediately diagnosed her condition by sight and said a biopsy wasn't needed and that there was no treatment/cure available. Schedule appointment and always wait. They can "forget" your appointment so always keep card they give you with time. Happened 3 or more times. Staff changing. So I guess management is not so good. Charging my account 3 months or sometimes you will get a bill 7 month later. And that's after you payed in the office and the "checked insurance". They are a joke. Stay away. Not a good service and not a good experience. I really wanted to like it, but not coming back
