Horrible front office staff. They never say hello. They over charged my account 3 times and said they didn't know how to correct it! It took forever and it really messed up my bank account. They never even said sorry. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes on my cancer spots. Was suppose to freeze off and they are all still there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Rude staff. Unprofessional

I had an aweful experience at this location. I went in to get a mole looked at because it seemed to have darkened and gotten bigger. The wait time was a little long and it seemed the staff was just there to have a job. No one seemed happy at all. I finally get in to see the doctor and she takes a picture of the mole and says that I need a biopsy and that someone would call me to schedule the appointment for two weeks. We are sorry that our office did not call you back to schedule another appointment. That is wrong and we have looked into that situation to correct it going forward.. As far as the biopsy goes, every practitioner has to make a clinical judgement whether or not to biopsy a mole. In this case, our provider wanted to and your new dermatologist did not. While there is nothing wrong with that approach, every case is different and our practitioner felt more comfortable scheduling it to be removed.

Well lemme start ..I thought the girl at the front desk was rude..when her coworker was questioning about a room being ready for me.(lady of color "nice") (other worker young snot up front) said well she was late..(I was 7 min late and lost coming from boca) as if I wasn't worthy to be next..so finally I get in the room..I have a cyst issue..the PA (which I asked for a DR cause I knew better) She had no clue! I don't know what happened here. Been going for 3 yrs and now all of a sudden all the office staff has changed over in just a few weeks and they wanted a $25 deposit on my facial that I'd already paid for 3 sessions in full. The office staff is not friendly anymore and they now open at 9:00 instead of 8.

Made an appointment based on the great Yelp reviews. When making the appointment they DID'NT make me aware there was a cancellation/reschedule fee of $50. It must be 24 hrs before the appointment. I understand that some offices have that policy but they usually tell their patients when making an appointment. I had an unexpected meeting to attend. Since this happened and the front desk was not nice about it, I decided to cancel and I will not be going to this office.

This place is a scam. They want to see their clients three times in the course of six months to bill out your insurance. They also don't recommend generics and use a third party company to sell their brands that they receive a kick back on. I have been to other offices in the past never had this bad of an experience. To top it all off I didn't even see a doctor I saw some trainee. Wow!

We do see patients for followup visits as needed depending on their particular skin condition. We ALWAYS will recommend generics whenever possible since some products can be very expensive. Unfortunately, many dermatology medicines are not offered in the generic form. Any products that we sell in office are name brands that are found in virtually every other dermatologist office.
