Nice! Fit me in quick. Three days! Dr. Herskovits was very thorough. I've had Melanoma twice in the last decade and I've had all manner of treatment. Tons of good Doctors and a few with bad attitudes. I HAVE to have a full skin exam frequently. This was a good experience and I'll be back in six months.

I have been seeing Dr. Ronny Herskovits, MD For over 20years; he has always been a down to earth, caring, professional! His office is always clean, and staff; through the years, has been friendly and kind. Seeing a dermatologist can be a little uncomfortable, but Dr. Herskovits always puts you at ease. EVERYONE SHOULD GET SCREENED FOR SKIN CANCER; and Dr Herskovits is the Doctor! BTW the ease of making appointments online and the timeliness of being seen was fantastic.... I saw Lisa Sandler PA for my psoriasis and she was amazing! I was seen right away, and the staff were all friendly and knowledgable. She was attentive and spent time answering all my questions and concerns. She gave me medications that finally worked! I would definitely recommend her to anyone in search of a good dermatologist.

I've been a loyal patient of Schweiger Dermatology in Smithtown for years and have always had positive experiences, which is why I felt comfortable booking a same-day appointment at the Deer Park location since it's closer to home. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and taken advantage of. I struggle with significant anxiety around doctors, especially in clinical settings, and instead of feeling supported, I felt judged and spoken down to. I'm extremely disappointed with this office's billing practices. I was sent to collections over a $40 bill despite never receiving a single phone call, email, or piece of mail about any outstanding balance. Had I been notified even once, I would have paid it immediately. I found out only when the collection agency contacted me.

Only reason I come here is it's in my town and the only one in the town, the staff are fake friendly & talk about garbage about other employees in the front lobby, they don't send prescriptions right over it takes over 3 weeks and you have to keep calling, if you could go to another doctor I would and Ashley the PA is rude.

I've come to this practice many times over the years with no incident. I had an appointment at the end of December that was good, scheduled a follow up a couple weeks later and when I returned they told me my copay would be over double because I didn't have a referral. I explained that I had just been there, and this was a follow up. They said the policy changed. I was treated as if I was some riff raff that wandered in off the street. Not sure what happened. My family and myself are going for years. First, you cannot get through directly to the office anymore. It's all through a 3rd party.. That's a problem if your running late. Got there and closed for lunchtime. My appointment was for 12:50. Due to circumstances way beyond my control, and rushing to get there, I could not be seen. Horrible place, they ask me to pay my co-pay and previous balance before I'm through the door, make me wait 20 minutes so they could tell me that the Dr. that I had a scheduled appointment with wasn't there??? SO PROFFESIONAL!
