SCAMMER I took my 10 week old daughter today (5/19/2022) to see a pediatric dermatologist at 505 Grand Blvd, Suit 1 Deer Park, NY 11729. She saw Dr. Ronny Herskovits whose office staff mentioned that he is a pediatric dermatologist twice. One of which is recorded today. This is also mentioned on the website. Dr. Ronny came to the office and said that my daughter needs to see a pediatric dermatologist! My jaw dropped because we were told that he was one. I'm not one to yelp, but I after dealing with the aftermath of my visit with Schweiger Dermatology a year later, I think that this is necessary. There are two issues that I am dealing with. The growths 'removed' have grown right back after being assured that they wouldn't, and they did not properly bill my insurance agency. I had two quickly growing lesions on the side of my jaw and neck. This place is a complete scam. We called and then went into the office early last week to make sure they would accept our insurance. The front desk girl Ariel guaranteed us that our insurance would be accepted and made us an appointment for this morning. When we got there she told us we were 3 1/2 hours early for our appointment, I showed her the appointment card she wrote out for us the week before showing we had an 11am appointment. I have been a patient of Dr. Herkovitz for many years. His old staff was warm and friendly. They knew all the patients by name and it was just an all around pleasure to go there. Now, since he joined Schweiger, it's awful, my family and I are going someplace else. I am leaving a fabulous doctor, that I love, because the staff is beyond rude, they constantly double bill, and it's just an all around bad feeling.

Id love to know where these doctors got their license from ... I wasted my money and time seeing someone who told me "it could be this, but it could not be" oh and the best was I had to prove him wrong on a medication he had no idea what its use was for. I will not be coming back.

The worst office ever called for an emergency appointment she gave me an appointment after Christmas mind you i told her my son is having a brakeout and his skin is bleeding etc. She dint evenin care the receptionist needs better customer service experience especially the corporate office smh WORST experience ever

I had a lot of trouble with your phone service. For two days I tried o get thru to make an appointment and all I got was a wait message and lots of music until I was cut off As a last resort I had to go to the office in Deer Park to make the appointment. I have been a patient of Dr. Herskovits for over twenty years and the care is excellent but not being able to reach the office by phone was very worrisome.
