Rachel is great. Straightforward, down to earth, yet professional .
The staff was very friendly & the environment very nice. I think it is also a plus to offer great coffee & tea while waiting. I choose this clinic because a DR is the one using the laser not a tech & I value his knowledge & experience. That being said, I did need to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen, I took the afternoon off from work and picked my appointment time...
We are very happy. The patient is my 14 year old daughter and the technician has been Teresa. Teresa has been wonderful working with my daughter. I would not hesitate to recommend Zell Skin and Teresa for any one who is looking this type of service.
I've been going to Zel for years. Always feel very welcome. As though I'm a part of their family. They're genuosly concerned with your concerns & give u all their time to address them. I Trust them completely.
I had a derma fill for the first time. It was the first time I have had one. Keelie was great!
My appt. was a follow up visit. I was easy in easy out.

Zel got my daughter in the same day for a "urgent" skin situation... I called one other clinic our regular dermatologist had recommended and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could even do a consult. Zel went out of their way to fit us in their same day schedule and were wonderful to work with. So helpful, kind and professional!! Bravo!
