An exceptional experience -- all my questions were answered and the friendliness, professionalism, and pampering were appreciated! I received a follow-up call the next day, and was even given Dr. Z's cell phone number in case I had questions when the office was closed.
My 45 minute consultation was informative, free and eye-opening. What I thought I wanted, I didn't need! Patty was an extreme help walking me through all my options. And it all starts with good skin care, something I had neglected in the past year. I was able to get the reasonably priced skin care products right there. She and Dr. Z. mapped out a plan for me and I am so eager to begin it....
Its always easy, courteous, and on time.
I didn't know that my infected lip was caused by a filler and thought it would be covered by my insurance. I wish someone would have gone over the policy with me beforehand. However, as far as Zel Skin and Zellickson Dermatology, there are none better.
