Heather Fisher and the team are great. I feel they are really trying to help me solve these skin issues that have been going on for over a year now. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is an issue with the company not the provider. When you try to call to let your team know that you are having an issue you can’t reach them directly. You talk to someone who says they will relay the information but I feel that is not handled correctly. I had to call and leave 3-4 messages before anyone reached out to me.
