4 min waiting time in waiting room 5 min waiting in exam room Efficient full body exam Explained about ingrown hair/boil which was healing after 4 wks I totally would recommend this practice. I am comfortable with team & have been pleased with interaction at my appointments.

The Elmira office isn't what it use to be. Several weeks ago, I had a biopsy. After about a week I received a voicemail saying that my biopsy results were in and to call back. The woman didn't leave her name or number. When you call the Elmira office number, you get an AI computer. After that, your either told to leave a message or your connected to their Long Island office. The Long Island office tells you all they can do is to send a message. I've made 3 attempts now to get my biopsy results and no response. I shouldn't h... read more
