This is the first time ever I have written a negative review but feel I need to share my bad experience. I went to Schweiger for my daughters Acne and was seen by the PA who was pleasant and helpful. She prescribed oral medication and unfortunately after 3 weeks my daughter developed horrible side affects. I tried to call and contact Schweiger but it was nearly impossible to get a hold of a human let alone the PA that assisted us. I just had my daughter stop the meds. I am so tired of these unprofessional doctors and office workers! After I booked an appointment and received about two dozen texts with requests for insurance info and the rest of the nonsense, shoveled kids around, changed all my schedule to receive a phone call from the office with nasty attitude,couple of hours before the actual appointment, that its being cancelled? Shame on this doctor and his office! So frustrating! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I visited this business three times: once for a consultation and twice for a treatment. I was informed that my treatment would total $199. I paid $240 upfront for these visits. I have the credit card statement with this charge as well. My payment was split over two days: 12/7 and 12/14. My visits were covered under insurance. I had 3 appointments. My insurance was billed. After my insurance was processed my portion of the visits totaled $199.03. Therefore, I was overcharged and overbilled. I am reporting this business ... read more

Due to Covid-19 visitors are not allowed in. Completely understandable. Therefore I called in advanced and was assured it would not be an issue. My dilemma, in which I was inquiring about may or may not be hereditary. I wanted the doctor to observe and compare. I also noted the reason for my visit in advance. My experience with this dermatology office was frustrating a waste of my time. I met with Kaczmarski. I may have spelled it wrong, but who cares he spent all of maybe five minutes with me after a 45 minute wait in the sitting area and 10 minute wait in the office. I made an appt for eczema flares ups I had been experiencing on and off. Terrible service from the front desk. First time appointment here was told over the phone a quote of 200 got here and the girl told me it would be 265. Accepted the fee and was about to pay. Didn't have change for me so asked me to go get change from a store down stairs. Very rude and Very unprofessional I ended up walking out. wasted my time coming here.

Horrible. Used to go here because the doctors were actually good. However recently, their service is lacking. The operators and secretaries are a joke. They are rude and not professional at all. I wish this practice would go back to how it used to be but I believe since it is more popular now, ethics are no longer a priority. Making money is.

For someone with acne, you go to the doctor to find a solution. Not to be constantly thrown medicine and creams at. Go to a doctor that will also want to help you treat things naturally, not just with the way that'll make them the most money. Doctors should know you can actually make your skin worse by constantly going on topical and oral treatments. Here they don't want to help you find a solution that may not bring them more money in.
