They confused me with someone else and continuously kept sending me notifications stating that I had appointments that I wasn't making. I told them multiple times that they have me confused with another patient and they continued to make the same mistake, and even charged my insurance for an appointment that wasn't mine. In addition to that every time I went, the dermatologist didn't even remember me or my reasoning for being there.

I had the worst experience today at this office after seeking care for a serious skin condition. The doctor became flustered when I asked her questions about her recommendation, and she actually like a child, walked out the room because she did not want to answer the questions I asked about her NON treatment. I was appalled at her behavior. I was mis diagnosed in this clinic. I have to see them for urgent reason and my dermatologist is away for a vacation. The practitioner or doctor did not even touch to assess my skin condition. Just asked me what did i do before this happened(its part of past medical assessment but not enough though)...
