The staff was friendly and professional, making the visit comfortable. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The office was clean and well-organized, though the wait time was a bit longer than expected

My first visit to the Hamburg office went really well. From the receptionists, the staff and the Physician Assistant, Melissa, who I saw, I was well taken care of and made to feel at ease. I was able to get a same day appt. which I was grateful for. Melissa is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She determined what my problem was, ordered the prescriptions to help me, while explaining to me how to use them. I am so happy I found this group and will be returning to be rechecked. Highly recommend them.

I have been going there for about 3 years. Heather Petri (and her assistants) have treated my father and I. She is highly competent, personable, approachable, and has treated me through a diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma. I highly recommend her and Schweiger Dermatology.

I had my 6 mo. Checkup scheduled for this morning.Mindful of continuing Covid 19 restrictions I called ahead to see if I needed to remain in my car before being called in- I did not. However, there were 6 seats spaced in the small waiting room and 5 patients waiting. One man was wearing his mask on his chin. The staff here is beyond amazing I've only been to this practice three times and when I walk in the receptionist greeted me by my first name with a smile on her face. The office staff is beyond proficient while taking and making appointments even when they have to make my weird appointment in the right time frame when I had to previously be on additional antibiotics. I highly recommend Southern Tier Dermatology. The entire staff from doctor, nurses and receptionists are all very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone there takes their time and answers your questions so you are not left in the dark. They are honest and handle anything that comes up quickly and correctly. The space is in a convenient location and is always very clean. Even during covid I feel safe with the precautions they have put into place.

First appointment here went smooth and fast. Dermatologist wasnt playing any games and handled what I needed and spoke as if she was a veteran of the field and omnipotent. Excited to finally clear up my skin
