awful experience: Moriah didn't even look at my skin; walked in the room and recommended I get allergy tested. Recommended I use moisturizers. dismissed other dermatitis recommendations. No exam. No interaction. Waste of time

I had a horrible experience at Schweiger Dermatology. I went for a consultation about a few facial cosmetics procedures including under eye filler, neck tightening and removal of lip lines. I was hopeful about dermal filler under my eyes for which I was quoted $800 and scheduled that appt. Before beginning Ms Delgado said that she had told me 2 vials "may be" needed, and I was very upset at double the cost, I insisted I would have remembered $1600 as opposed to $800 cost. Save yourself the hours of frustration and for the love of all things good in the dermatology world, DO NOT GO HERE!! My husband has had the worst experiences, not once but 3 times. The dermatologist he saw first pushed two new medications for his skin. Evrn though the medications he had been using for 2 years have worked GREAT! She was very sales like and pushy for the news meds. She was disinterested in him as a patient. Turns out the new medications DONT WORK! I went to the office in amherst ny. Probably the worst bed side manner I've ever experienced. The provider walked in. Looked at 2 of the spots i was worried about. Then froze off 1 area then turned to leave. I had other questions about skin care and she said " just wash your face." Shes was in the room less than a minute. And i was a new patient. The MA told me to return in 4 months. I just left. The other staff however was very nice.

I saw Bridgette Burruano. She was in a hurry to finish my consult. She did not take the time to hear my concerns or answer my questions. I felt very dismissed. She talks at you and not with you. I drove an hour for 15 minutes of her making me feel my issues weren't important. I was really looking forward to my first dermatology appointment since I have new skin conditions. I really needed her help only to feel rushed and unimportant. I have never had a provider treat me this way. I will not be back.

My family has been going here for several years. They were good until new ownership. We are changing to a new dermatologist. Whenever I have to call their office, I am not connected to the Hamburg office I actually visit. Instead, calls go to a call center in Manhattan. Then they have to send a message to person at the office. I feel like I am calling a warranty center to get my dishwasher repaired! I do not recommend!

Not informed at consult about how involved the procedure was. Leg got infected , stitches fell out, large open wound still after over 4 weeks. No response from office when I sent message/photo several days ago.

My husband had an appointment with Zachary Simons to have a cyst on his back drained. His appointment on Friday was scheduled for 3:30 pm but we got there around 3. They were running late, which happens - we understand. However, Dr. Simons didn't finish until 4:35 (they close at 4:30 on Friday) and it seemed that he was rushing at the end. He even said to my husband "We're supposed to close at 4:30. I've got two other procedures after this." Three times I drove the fifty miles for an appointment only to be told they were sorry they didn't catch me and I drove up because they weren't able to see me for various reasons like the doctor being on vacation. I can see that happening once in a one year period but not three times! Not very professional at all.
