This group is one of the most frustrating medical groups I have ever dealt with. The continually cancel appointments. The delay and ignore problems until you need to be admitted to the Hospital for 2 hours of surgery. This place does not care one iota for the people they are supposed to be helping. Do not wast your time, or your health dealing with them. Go elsewhere if you care about yourself or your loved ones.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. My daughter was terrified after her appointment. They were rude and callous, quick and abrupt, didn't explain anything and the stuff they did say was completely inappropriate in front of a young girl who now is terrified she's going to be bald and lose her eyebrows. They even offered treatments for a minor issue that is not recommended for young children. It was awful and they shouldn't be handling children at all. Called the Exton office for a problem and couldn't get an appointment for 7 weeks. Really!!!! - that is just poor. The receptionist was also rude.

this review is for the Dermatology and Skin Care Center in Exton on Gordon Drive. I have faithfully had my annual skin care screening very year here for at least 4 years with no issues. I think that history qualifies me as an established patient. I called there yesterday as I am having some type of allergic reaction or dermatitis issue and wanted to see a doctor in order to receive relief from this. Being a small business owner, I am careful not to give quick bad reviews based on one bad experience, so I have waited a while and for a few experiences with them to post this. We were recommended to this dermatologist by our family physician. My husband had a mole that needed to be removed from his face, so I called them. Not once, but 3 days in a row. My boyfriend recommended the Exton location. They were too busy so I went to this location. He swore up and down they were a good practice. The lady at front desk was super rude when I forgot my insurance card. It's usually not a big deal because in the past when this has happened, I would call Aetna or the front desk would to verify I had insurance. Which we did. This used to be a good practice. It is not anymore. Many doctors have left, and the front desk staff is rude and misleads patients. They billed me for the 1st time for a procedure done almost a year ago, and when I called in 'Gale' was super rude and told me that they would be committing 'insurance fraud' if they did not bill me. This is not true, plus they were over billing me anyway.
