Waiting long time .. 60 people came in after me an where seen an I still waited I eventually got up, took my belongings and left. I currently go to the one in West Orange. They are way more professional.

Horrible follow up. After 5 attempts to speak with a doctor or nurse following an appointment...I give up. I will not be returning. Dr Abbate himself was very nice but I don't need nice, I need a doctor and a responsive office staff! 5 x!!! Ridiculous!
This establishment is a chop shop booking as many as possible and does NOT care about the individuals needs, which is evident by the high volume of people waiting in the waiting rooms. I paid for a service. It has been well over a month and the hyperplasia is still there. My visit was very rushed. It was one of the worst front desk experiences I have ever had at a Drs office. I booked 2 appointments on ZocDoc for me and my husband. We got confirmation emails and text messages starting from the day we booked it to the day of our appointment confirming. It made sure WE wouldn't forget!! We both took off of work to make it there and booked it weeks ago cause we are going overseas and really needed to be looked at for some skin concerns before we left but now that can't happen. wait time is extremely long. last 2 appointments I had were 1 hour past due. I like my doctor but this issue makes me think. not happy right now.
After my visit, and several months later the office charged me an additional fee from an account that I had no idea about and they did not make me aware of until after it was sent to a collection agency. Instead of sending the statement for the appointment a day or week afterwards, they sent it months later. Very inconvenient and dodgy experience overall.
Let me begin by saying I love Anita Fox (6 years), and I have always had pleasant experiences with the front office staff. Arrived five minutes late to our appointment. Front desk associate, Sierra, made rude remarks and refused to let us check in. Would recommend visiting any other location for better customer service.
