Horrible. Sent us to the wrong office. The office staff could not give directions to the correct office. Waited an hour in the lobby beyond the appointed time. Finally called for the appointment, then sent back to the lobby because the room was not ready. Horrible, unprofessional business.

I like my Doctor in the Riverdale, NJ location, but I don't like this big group style of medicine. They are renovating the previously nice office, to this cheezy white really dirty looking interior. The place had dirt and dust everywhere when I last went. Apparently, they are renovating with the office open, which cannot be sanitary. Not happy the practice was sold.

This has become a conglomerate and one of the most disorganized medical offices I have ever come across. Office could not locate their lost commuication files, difficult to make verbal as well as email and fax contact. Fax numbers cannot even be located in any location on their websites or internet. Their "policies", as I was told by them, do not allow them to directly contact other physicians; even if you want them to and give permission which I found necessary. I brought my daughter to Anita Fox and explained that 3 Board Certified Doctors had incorrectly diagnosed her with back acne. The only physician who correctly identified the problem one year as fungal acne had unfortunately left her practice, but the medicine she prescribed was very effective. Ms. Fox didn't listen, insisted my daughter had acne, insisted on my giving her several acne medications. Will never go back. I waited a hour for the doctor. I originally scheduled with Dr. Tanasha Simela but they canceled my appointment and reschedule me with someone else. After waiting a hour, I saw the doctor for 3 minutes. She rushed me and didn't ask if I had questions. I paid 125 as a copay. The doctor gave me a sample size cream and told me something will come in the mail. I'm still itching after applying the cream she gave me. Definitely won't be back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Horrible experience. You will rarely see a doctor (he only comes 1x per week), they have assistants, not even PA's, call in a medication with the wrong dose (one that is much higher then recommended....for a 3 year old!) I call into question their judgment, their attempt to blame the dosage issue on the pharmacist and their ultimate explanation of what happened (very weak). Horrible business. As far as medical care I would highly advise AGAINST them, however I do believe they might be good for cosmetic care. The service was incompetent and it was very apparent that they did not have the best interest of the patient in mind, but purely want money.
