I think Dr Nervi is an excellent diagnostician and thoroughly professional and knowledgable. I think all doctors have office staff that can be rude or just not helpful once in awhile. Working with people is an art and balancing doctors, appts, patients, etc is not always easy. I say that because I work with the public and know the pitfalls. I'm sorry some here seem to have had some problems. All I care about is that I trust Dr Nervi and believe I am getting appropriate and accurate care. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors & staff at the Livingston office. They are attentive, professional, caring, informative, professional. I never have a long wait time to see the Drs. They have always gone above & beyond the call of duty for me in person & over the phone. I have been to quite a few offices and they are by far the absolute best!

I have been a patient at Livingston Dermatology for over 5 years and I deeply appreciate the caring treatment I have received. I have been treated by Dr. Nervi over the years, and more recently by Jennifer Goldberg who is a certified physician's assistant. I have found the nurses and staff to be extremely caring and helpful. The Doctors in this office are all excellent and caring. Sometimes they get backed up and you have to wait but most offices are like this. I have been a patient for years and they know me by name and spend time in the room making sure to address all my concerns, unlike other doctors who barely look into your eyes and have an assistant do all the work.

Both a PA and doctor missed skin cancer on my forehead (despite me asking about the bump multiple times during regular botox treatments). I was told it was benign and due to hormonal changes (new mom). Stay away.

Manager lacked competence and called appointments out of order. Then ran away and hid when I spoke up. Total lack of professionalism.

Wanted a copay to tax my insurance. Female physician spent 4 minutes with me. "Okay yeah we don't know how to handle that on your lower legs." Have a nice day. Worst ever in the history of medicine. She said her daughter wanted to be a pilot and asked me for a ref.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! They got bought by The Derm Group and since then they have gone way down hill. The staff is rude, disorganized and not patient friendly . They rush you in and out. They spend more time talking and laughing amongst themselves in the back then actually focusing on the customers . They rush you in a room and get annoyed if you ask any questions. With all of the other options/ doctors / dermatologists in the tri- state area for botox , fillers etc , I will not be coming here any longer.

Dr. Goldberg is great but had to wait an hour to be seen. And during the pandemic they had several people waiting in the waiting room. This is definitely not following protocol.
