Dont waste your time going here they changed their computer systems and the receptionist never told me that my appointment didnt make it on the schedule. I asked the receptionist if my appointment was the schedule and the only reply i got was they changed their computer system. She didnt confirm or deny or inform me about my appointment. This company took payment from me on Amex when I was there. Three months later they sent me a bill for a copay after getting paid as well from my insurance company. and forgetting I paid them again on my prepaid medical visa. Three months later they send another bill and after back and forth verifying the payment they had me email them a print of the visa medical payment and I had them on the line with the rep from the visa verifying the payment went through, they still said not enough proof and "management has to review"Now... read more

While they were able to get me in for an appointment quickly, my overall experience in their office was uncomfortable! The nurse called out my name and mispronounced it- I was friendly in correcting her and she gave me a dirty look and said nothing. She was very unfriendly and borderline rude when taking my medical history. I saw Dr. Fabrikant and he was polite enough. I was seen today by Dr. Jordan Fabrikant for my annual body scan. He seemed very nervous and uncomfortable in the room and not confident about what he was doing. I feel that not even half of my skin was checked, the entire appointment lasted a mere 30 seconds. After he left the room (with haste) I commented to the nurse that I felt like my body scan was way too quick and that the doctor seemed nervous and she said "well, he's young". I've been a patient here and am usually pleased with the doctors. However, I received a telephone call concerning a mole that was removed. The staff member who delivered the message laughed throughout the voice mail. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. Wait until the joke is done before calling a patient.

I waited 50 minutes before I could see the doctor and what's worse was she forgot to send the prescription to the Pharmacy although I need to be on medication as soon as possible. When I made second trip to the Pharmacy at 3pm, the prescription was still not sent in and the doctor office was already closed.

This business actually spammed my MOBILE PHONE to advertise themselves. I can't believe a medical practice would do such a thing. Then again, from reading the reviews, they're losing patients left and right. This is very offensive and unprofessional behavior. I'm disgusted.

Terrible and Rude Office Staff. Called to cancel appointment and the receptionist was rude to hang up the phone while talking. First time to use this group so, never call again. If the staff is horrible then doctors are horrible. All start from the top. Avoid this group.
