Excellent practice, good customer service. Friendly staff. Short wait time. Easy to get emergency visits.
This place is one of the only doctors offices I look forward to visiting. The staff is friendly, building is clean/modern and doctors all seem to really care. I've been coming here for over 10 years and am always impressed. Most other dermatologists have been unable to help my awful skin but here I get answers that work!
Had I known I would have had such a good time in a doctors office, I would have made my appointment much earlier than I did. Aside from the very knowledgeable and caring Dr Dolitsky, the staff, when you arrive and through your the visit, are smiling, friendly and very efficient. Kudos to Shushma, Kelly and Michelle.
I've been coming to this practice for years and it seems to have grown into a better practice over the past few years. Every staff member is friendly, helpful and professional. I feel comfortable seeing any of the doctors or the PA's when I schedule my appointments because although they have different styles and personalities they are all great. I have been coming here for my skincare for 4 years now. I've seen more than one doctor and they are all friendly, informative, thorough and respectful. I highly recommend this place.
Zero complaints. The staff here is super friendly and the waiting room is very pleasing to the eye. As a new patient, they give you an iPad to fill out your personal history on, instead of all that annoying paperwork, which is awesome. Once I got into the room, I waited less than a minute to see the doctor. Cool dude, nice and laid back, listened well, seemed concerned, answered all my questions.
I was using Great Neck Dermatology (which became a Schweiger office) for 20 years as I lived on the North Shore, I moved to the South Shore and debated trying the one in Long Beach, as opposed to driving North. Well, all I can say is do NOT be fooled by the home residence converted to a Doctors office. I stopped in first to check it out and the place was spotless, modern and everyone was very helpful. I recently started going to the Long Beach office. It is always a great experience whenever I go in for an appointment or treatment, and the staff is so friendly!
Staff is wonderful and made everything very comfortable. Newly renovated facility with really nice doctors-- highly recommend.
