i have been coming to this office for many years. Everyone is so nice kind compassionate and caring I have never been in an office where you really like everyone I had to have something removed in a very bad area. I was nervous but then Cindy Rosario came and was so nice and caring I calmed down immediately. Dr Wil Tutrone was also so nice and did a terrific job. Plus it didn't hurt!!!! The most friendly and welcoming staff you could find in any Doctors office. Debbie and Susan really go the extra mile to make your visit a very simple an enjoyable experience a pleasure to interact with. PA Linda Dodick is my absolute favorite, always takes the time to explain and answer any question or concerns you might have. Wonderful Team!
Best office staff (front desk and back desk) so friendly, helpful and inviting. Love this office, especially Debbie!! Was seen by Dr. Dolitsky who was very thorough. Highly recommended!
So many doctors and doctors offices in my life...this was the most pleasant experience. Constant reassurance from the doctor as well as moral support from the "crew".....I even had an issue after going home and was able to call and comforted in the evening! I thank you!
Been to countless dermatologist groups in the past and always felt like a number. Stumbled upon Schweiger Derm in Long Beach. Beside finally finding a doctor who rectified my lizard like dry skin problems, I felt like the entire office appreciated my business. Friendly/clean(including the toilets) and knowledgeable are the reasons I will be coming back for all my derm needs! I highly recommend them!
This practice does not respect its patients. I waited over an hour for my annual screening. My friend waited over THREE HOURS to see the doctor. Do NOT go there if you do not have the first appointment of the day. Doctors are good, management is terrible. The days of a full waiting room ended with COVID. Get with the program!
If there could be less than one star, that's what I would give this place. Came an hour early for an appointment and was told that they only see people by appointment times. Suffice it say, an hour past the appointment time we still weren't seen. The medical assistant had a horrible attitude. The whole experience was all around terrible.
All these reviews about people getting POP BILLS are true. I just got mine in the mail and someone from an AUSTRALIAN number just called me saying I owe $325 after a year of going there. I had NO procedure done. All they did was check my skin and gave me meds that my insurance paid for. This is a SCAM.
Went there a year and a half ago and JUST got billed for some treatment they gave me during a routine skin evaluation, that didn't work, which they say is my responsibility because Medicare and the insurance I had at the time paid what they felt was fair. The insurance company I had told me I should have only had to pay my co-pay of $40; I did ask the staff at Schweiger if I owed anything after each and every visit, and they always said no.
