My telehealth call on 08/26/2022 was reported to my health insurance as an office visit. We do not have a copay for telehealth calls. My health insurance company contacted the billing department and after 4 months, the code was corrected to reflect a telehealth call with no copay. As we had paid the copay already, we asked for a refund. Moving ahead to April, I was told a check had been issued. Terrible experience with this office. Didnt even see an actual doctor. The girl had no experience and was totally clueless. They also screwed up calling in prescriptions. More than once. They were rude and condescending when my wife called about their mistake. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Absolutely a waste of time and money.

Doctor is great. Office staff not very competent. They swore the doctor accepted my insurance but did not. I found out after my initial and only visit. I was charged $500 for the removal of ************ blemish which took the doctor **** than 30 seconds to administer the freeze spray. Another dermatologist I went to charged $30 and told me upfront that my insurance would not cover the procedure. If I could give them zero stars I would. I should have realized when I walked in and the patient was complaining about how she paid her bills but yet was still getting bills stating she owed money was a red flag. This was my first time at this office and they do not tell you about any extra charges you may be billed for at your visit because you signed a consent form so therefore they are covered. Horrible business practices the billing department is incompetent. I see the doctor from the ********* facility. I really like my doctor, but the company itself the institution they are shysters. I pay my bill in full and then they send me a bill. I show the receipt I show my credit card statement they continue to say I owe them. I do not owe them. This is so frustrating and I have been reading the comments from some of the other patients, and this is obviously a common practice of this company!!!!!!! Something needs to be d... read more

DIDNT CHANGE GLOVES. I went here for a cyst removal on my face near my temple. The nurse assisting with the procedure left the room after setting up with gloves on and came back in to the room and never changed her gloves after handling the door k*** and everything else outside. I was too shocked to say anything due to anxiety and let them continue as i assumed she would change them as she went. One star is too high rating for this outfit. My Doctor in the office local to ************ ** is wonderful. Schweiger is terrible. It is impossible to reach my local office by phone. A call to the number posted at the website (for my local office) is someone who told me the local office does not have a direct phone number. The BBB rating speaks for itself - whether for financial performance reasons or more I don't know. I was persribed a cream to treat a topical fungal issue and this cream caused an angry, red rash. I immediately stopped using the cream and let ******** Dermatology know. However, since ********* uses a third party service to handle all of their booking and aftercare service, I'm not clear how my case is being handled. It's now been 3 days with no doctor/nurse call, they're aftercare service needs help! Customer beware!

When my long-time dermatologist sold her practice to this group, I gave them a try. I will NEVER go back. After waiting ************************** an inconvenient location (because it was the only way to see an MD) to show ** in the exam room, he glanced at me for exactly 2 minutes and they billed my insurance hundreds of dollars. I called multiple times to share my concerns and no one bothered to call me back, but they sure did bill me for the copay. I strongly recommend you find another practitioner. I certainly will!
