Both the front desk staff/assistants were pleasant especially compared to my experience with the Throgs Neck location staff two years ago. The front desk staff assisted another patient with their concerns as well. They are knowledgeable about referrals. The sign in process was simple and quick. The estimated wait time wasn’t long at all, I only had to wait a few minutes to meet with an assistant who was also one of the front desk staff about my concerns.
