The doctor was obnoxious, she rejected my insurance for hyperhidrosis procedure a couple of times just because I wanted a cream prescription, had me waiting for her approval thinking it was my insurance that was taking long but no it was her being mean, if you don't love what your doing go for something that you do love, we have enough evil people in this world and the last thing we need is doctors to be evil with their patient!!!!!!

Every time I go to this location I have to wait over one hour - the office is under staffed and unprofessional Horrible dermatology group - GO ELSEWHERE

terrible service they say take fidelis care but their surgeon doesnt, PA megan li has no idea how to treat an absess she didnt drain the right spot in my arm and i went somewhere else and they did a great job , she also misdiagnosed me with cellulitis and was telling my to go to the hospital to get help because she refused to drain it again in the right spot. spent the last 2 and a half weeks in pain unable to use my arm because of this place thankfully im finally getting better with help from another place in long island. ... read more

I was given hydroquinone 4% + kojic acid for my skin. It RUINED me. I wish I could go back to before I got it done...

Omg I'm really staring to hate that place. I had two appointments that I missed worked for and they cancelled me last minute twice now. Top it off I wasn't even told that my doctor no longer works there. They have no common courtesy and think you'll be ok with whatever MD they choose for you. This place has gone down hill. Time to find new practice.

I had the worst experience with Melissa Rosenhan. She barely gave me any time or attention and I did feel comfortable at all. I felt like she was judging me the whole time. She couldn't even fake a smile and walked out as soon as she walked in. I asked her if there was anything I could do to minimize or prevent breakouts and she automatically turns to the nurse and tells her to put an order for two creams without saying a word to me. I came to your office a few months ago and inquired about a cosmetic service and was told by Melissa that the cost was 180.00 a session. When I had an actual consultation for the service she gave a different price. At that time I intentionally asked the receptionist to write down the price Melissa quoted me. When I had that service done and asked what the charge was Melissa contradicted what was written and gave me ANOTHER price. I said nothing and I left and I will never return.
