I went into this appointment with horrible anxiety and from the minute I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable and calm. They walked me through every step of the process and kept my me from freaking out. They were informative and respectful! I love them and will definitely be coming back for my yearly visit. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Chima is the absolute best! She has a way of being direct and to the point, but at the same time, listens to ALL you concerns and addresses each one of the. Even though she is very fast in addressing issues, you NEVER feel rush! I cannot say enough good things about her. I will be leaving the Wayne area in a few months, but will still come back to see Dr. Chima for all my appointments!
Dr Chima is attentive and thorough . Follows up on all concerns from prior visits. She makes sure you are fully satisfied with treatment before she dismisses patient . Been a patient of hers for 16 + years.
First time there. Nice office, very nice staff, doctor seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. Very efficient. She was probably very busy but maybe a little too fast.
Love the staff! Everyone is always pleasant! Tincy Oommen and Megan Li are very sweet and answered all my questions!
