This review is not about my experience with Dr. Chima, but rather about Schweiger Dermatology. I’ve been seeing Dr. Chima for several years and have always been impressed with her. Ever since Schweiger took over this office I’ve been less happy with each visit. I can no longer bring in my prior Molesafe photos as part of my exam which is very unhelpful, I find the staff in the office at the front desk very cold and unfriendly, and I had an urgent matter I needed to speak with someone in the office about after my last visit... read more

The appointment went smoothly. Booking the appointment was a different story, apparently you’re using a call center, the man who answered the phone barely spoke English and couldn’t understand me. After a long conversation he told me the first available appointment was February 22 in the Hamburg office, I said that was completely unacceptable and he then gave me an appointment in a couple of days in the Wayne office??? which was what I requested from the beginning
