Great staff and doctors however the scheduling process is totally screwed up now with conflicting text messages the AI bot not being able to see certain things through. Needs work !
Soon as i walked in this clinic i seen beautiful skin . I was kindly greeted and it felt genuine. Checking in was simple and fast. Waited 5min which from my experience is a record . now introduced to a true professional . Dr Sophia Foster . Really amazed on how educated and fast she determined what was issue and resolution . Solid, I've been to another one of their offices and wanted a virtual visit to check out an issue without needing to risk any contact. Went smoothly, link came to me a few minutes before the appointment, and PA Suzanne Cohen was fantastic, she asked questions, got the background, figured out my account, and helped answer questions and provide a couple of potential solutions. I didn't have to wait long at all after filling out patient information. The NP listened to my concerns and the doctor came back to give his thorough diagnosis right away. Staff was super friendly.

I had to bring my son in for a consultation because he was misdiagnosed with ringworm by his pediatrician. Dr. Susan Cohen checked my son and let me know it was not ringworm, but eczema. I was relieved because it had been driving me crazy for almost two months. So far his skin has been fine after her instructing me to just keep him moisturized and be careful with fragrance. She also told me if there is any problem, just bring him back. Thank you Dr. Cohen.

Going to the doctor's office is not usually anything that would be considered a "pleasure". Today, I came as close to a pleasurable doctor's office as possible. Suzanne Cohen was as thorough and pleasant as any doctor I've ever met! I felt like we could've spoken for as much time as I wanted...she never made me feel like she was too busy to continue our conversation. The office staff were extremely nice and courteous as well! Smart, professional, kind, peaceful. A beautiful sunbathed medical office without thoughtful provisions for comfort. The patient experience is blessedly low-pressure, none of the up-selling that afflicts some of their competitors. I always come away with a better understanding of my skin and how to care for it.
This is a great place to go and get checked out. In the heart of Brooklyn, with great doctors. I went to get an annual skin screening as Zocdoc doc promoted me to. And at first I was a bit skeptical going in because of the elevator. It's very slow. But once you go in it's a beautiful space, and you're approached by the front desk folks who are very polite.
