I saw Dr. Michael Tee, and he was just horrible. I have a skin condition which is causing me significant pain, and he was completely dismissive. He opened by saying "I see it's getting better" despite the fact that he had never seen me before; gave very cursory responses to my questions; when I asked him to tell me about a drug he was considering prescribing he told me to "look it up on the internet"; and when I asked him to walk me through the care routine he was recommending he told me "my assistant will print out the inst... read more

I had a procedure with them one and a half years ago and yesterday I received a mail from them with a balance due!!! $250!!! I am lucky as I still have a receipt from them but this is what I think of!!! First it's been a cosmetic procedure and there's no doctor at this country who will perform it without payment first, second I moved to another state for that time so they purposely found me in another state in such a long time with the hope I lost my payment confirmation!!! Horrible experience. I had an exam on 1/13 where 2 biopsies were taken. On 1/20 I get a phone call telling me the results are "benign" (no action necessary). Then approx. 1 week later I get a call from someone else telling me that the results are not benign and that I need to have these issues taken care of. I'm not sure what to believe at this point. the worst - i called friday morning = made me fill out all this paperwork after 5 days = they still never got back to me- i got another appointment with another dermatologist in 5 minutes - they are rude - have no idea about customer service - should not take 5 days to make an appointment if they can't make appointments - i wonder if they are even credible doctors

I've had goo experiences here in the past but after what happened last month I don't think I"m going back. Briefly, I went in to get medicine for poison ivy skin irritation. The staff and nurse practitioner who saw me where extremely nice and capable. I was prescribed 2 creams. The first one didn't work, so I asked to have the second one filled. I was told it had to come from a special pharmacy, which meant I had to pay shell out a $60 copay in advance. But when the cream arrived, it was the same one they had prescribed ... read more

Went in for a routine skin screening. Pleasant office staff and nice facility. Aside from that, the doctor seemed unprepared. I required a single prescription that wasn't properly logged in their system, nor was it called in. It required 4 additional calls back-and-forth to get it called in. Schweiger Dermatology also has extremely shady billing practices. My assumption is that they submit claims in such a way to scam people in to paying more than they should for a covered procedure. I arrived for my 10AM appointment on a Monday morning. The door was locked, lights off, no one inside. The receptionist on the phone didn't know why the staff wasn't there. Unprofessional. Total waste of time.
