Scoop Soldiers is such a great company! This is my second time working with them since I moved across town. Adam is super sufficient with the scoops and super kind to have. I appreciate all of his hard work and communication! Thanks, Adam!

Beware, this company, they are a scam and lack all accountability. Satisfaction guaranteed is a complete lie. They will quote you one price and then charge you three times as much without your permission, but insist it's just what they do. They claim to sanitize and deodorize, but they do not, but they will still charge you for it. They do not care about the customer. Ongoing customers receive discounted pricing, while one-time cleanings are charged at the one-time rate you were quoted. Continued service ensures that the area being serviced is maintained on a normal basis, versus a one time service where there is likely waste build up and accumulation for a long period of time. Just had to do a shout out to Adam. He is amazing 👏. Adam always lets me know when he is 20 to 30 minutes away so I can my dogs out one last time. He is professional and friendly. Not to mention, loves my white German Shepherd ❤️ Highly recommend!

Adam has been coming out to our home in FL and each time let’s us know when he will be arriving, sends the picture of our closed gate after. We were home a couple times and watched as he made sure he got everything, then he double checked. Glad we made the move to Scoop Soldiers.

Mace and his fellow scoopers do an amazing job taking care of our yard. He is prompt, great at communicating any delays or updates, and arrives rain or shine. In addition he calls and texts to alert us so we can calmly get the dogs inside. Although he has no trouble working with her outside should my dog be strutting her stuff and showing ownership. Mace - thank you for the great care given to keep our yard clean and doody free!
