I’ve had a horrible time with this company‼️‼️‼️ The customer service is absolutely horrendous! The lady Sarah, that I was dealing with, was trying to charge me for deodorizer the last two visits they were here. Since I started with them after the second or third visit, they were not able to apply the deodorizer because the truck was not available is what they said . They are not consistent with their arrival time. I had to watch them on the camera do their job and tell them to pick up all the poop in the yard not just the poop in the dog run. They dont communicate efficiently. I miss when Erin was running this company. Ever since the new management it's absolutely horrible. I'm currently looking for a better company.

I have been using this service for a while now and am nothing but pleased with it. Elijah just did my yard today and was awesome with my two dogs. They are always in contact with what's going on and I love the fact that they always send pictures of my gate locked and fun pictures with my dogs. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Jason is wonderful!! This is my fourth treatment and I have had Jason for 3 of the 4 treatments and I am currently satisfied with the service from A to Z …. Jason contacts me before arrival and again when he’s completed the Scoop Soldier task …. He also closes and re-locks the gate after service completion ….
