Constant communication is something I enjoy, specially when dealing with high stress situations, I like to know that I am being taken care of and that nobody is going to drop the ball and leave me hanging. Scott provided 24/7 care and when I mean 24/7 I mean literally any time, any day, he was there and answered all of my questions accordingly. It was my first home purchase but felt like my second or third because of how smooth everything was with Scott and his team.
