We had a little misunderstanding at the beginning but through communication and confirmation that I was going to commit he promised to make it happen which at the end he delivered which I was very skeptical about. Scott was great at keeping us informed of everything that was going on with our Loan. Anytime I had a question all I had to do was reach out to Scott, if he didn't have the answer to my question he would chase it down and get that information to me in a very timely fashion.
