3 weeks prior to COE, my Buyer's Loan Officer called to say the investor was pulling out and would no longer be funding their loan program. After hours on the phone, Scott Baasher was the only one offering to help. He committed to calling me back within an hour. He met that promise, w/ options in hand. That was the start of a relationship that began on trust and grew stronger as he met every promise and every commitment. All the way to Close!
