Doing refi is like going to dentist. The industry is stuck in the 80s with the paperwork, 50 middlemen, etc. So, the difference between one refi and another is: 1) what kind of deal you are getting, 2) how smoothly does the process go 3) what kind of support does your broker give you along the way in terms being flexible with paperwork, being responsive to questions, etc. 1) and 3) is where Scott has been involved, and it was awesome. 2) it sucked because of how long it took. Not his fault!
