They didn’t have a second key for my brand new truck and I was told I would have to come back to program a new one. Since I felt inconvenienced by this , I thought it would be nice if they would throw in a front plate holder. I was told that they could not afford to just give things away. They were very difficult to work with and not responsive at all. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership.
