My Son Had to come in for an Oil change, 2 new tires and a sensor change, Chris Rapp as always was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what needed to be done, and was willing to work with My sons work schedule. Thank you Scott Cars for such a great Experience!

Terrible parts service department... guy on the phone was an absolute jerk. Acted like he knew everything(clearly doesn’t). Supplied my vin number and the parts I was looking for, he couldn’t find the part number so he pretty much told me to figure it out on my own... went to Wind Gap Chevy and they had no problem figuring out the part numbers.
Bought our car in nov 2016. Bought an extended warranty for 5 years 100,000 miles. Went to use it and found out they dated it back to dec 2014. Ripped ya out of 2 years. Would never buy a truck here again. Then 1400 to replace radiator and thermostat when it should have been under extended warranty. I am so disappointed. Never expected this from Scott chevrolet
