Sales and Advertising Issues I purchased a car from this dealership and after driving it noticed it pulled to one side of the road they had just put brand new tires on and did an alignment so I took it in to get it doubled checked and they declined to check it unless I pay for another alignment that they just did. Product Issues On April 10, 2023, I went to Scott Clark Toyota to test drive a car. After speaking with a salesman, I decided to put $300 down on the car in hopes of completing purchase the following day. Customer Service Issues On 4-12-23 I purchased 4, Yokohama Avid Ascend LX BW tires from Scott Clark. I was told by ********************** a sale was going on with the tires and I can apply online for a rebate. I applied online for a rebate but was denied by ***************** Center. Service or Repair Issues I bought my truck on Friday the 14th. I immediately called in the next day about my faking brakes. They took my truck to get repaired on Monday and had it for over a week with no contact. I got my truck back last night on 4/25 and immediately noticed a cracked windshield. Service or Repair Issues Mechanical issues with car occurred 1 week after taking car for routine oil change and, multi=point inspection and tire rotation at Scott Clark Toyota. Incidentally the 14 point multi-point inspection revealed no issues and no additional services were recommended. The mechanical failure happened on a Saturday afternoon 1 week after the service appt. Sales and Advertising Issues I financed a car through SECU from ***** Clarks Toyota in ********* **. I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 for $15,000 with ****** down for tags. Customer Service Issues A phone call to dealer 1/5/23. I requested information on hybrid vehicles. I was told that the vehicles were available. I was also told that a vehicle would be available.
