Scott has The Uncanny ability to make deals happen where there is no deal. I've been a real estate broker for 2 decades, and I've brought clients that could not get loans elsewhere and he made them happen. 2 weeks ago I was helping a buyer who got denied from her lender after being in escrow for 2 weeks. I brought the deal to Scott to save and help that client. In short , he did. He is definitely not the Mortgage Dr, He's the David Copperfield of Lending..

Scott was able to find a solution to my unique situation as a self-employed business owner where others had failed. My realtor called him the David Copperfield of lending and I agree 100%. What’s more despite the fact that I knew his team was absolutely inundated with other borrowers, he and his team were always very responsive and willing to take the time to explain every detail of the transaction process. Scott’s knowledge and expertise and communication with the client(s) is superb! I refer all my business to him, this last transaction the client went with their lender who did not perform, Scott SAVED THE DAY and in 1 day he managed to get done what the other lender couldn’t in 22 days! We were able to save the deal and close in JUST 9 days!!!! Thank you for that! I would say simply AVOID alllll 911’s and start and finish with Scott! Oh, he also saved them a GRIP of $$
