Scott really made this process as arduous as possible and delayed my closing because he had failed to perform his duties in a timely fashion. There were constant failures to anticipate the needs of the underwriting team, and he always had a snarky response when questioned about that. I have a nontraditional job as a traveling nurse, and Scott never missed an opportunity to complain about how much trouble it was for him to input the data that i sent him. Poor Communication - I have purchased 3 houses prior to this one. The steps can be confussing. My expectation is that my lender walks me through what I need to do. Also, there are steps that I am not supposed to be involved. This causes even more confussion. Case in point - Closure Document. Monday was a holiday (1/16), the CD process with the Trust company started on Tuesday. We had 6 different copies of the CD sent out. All saying "Final". Scott was pretty responsive throughout the process, but not as much so toward the end. I would've appreciated more communication & introduction of other team members & calls to review items for signature. CD was late was & not close to what was estimated. Team did not communicate & share info with title & realtor as I requested. All parties involved, overlooked the HOA transfer fee on the CD which caused delays on closing by one day

Almost simultaneously got requests for my divorce decree along with a request for my wife's email and SSN. Why divorced and not divorced at the same time? Requested no out-of-pocket re-fi, and got presented with an almost $4,000 in closing costs. Was fixed, but why was this missed?
