Scott met with us in person and thoroughly explained everything involved in the process of our loan with us. Our credit card company made a mistake and he caught it and helped us through it prior to closing which happened in less than a month. We had a newborn daughter with us which made scheduling difficult but he was very accommodating. Also, our final out of pocket expenses at closing were less than a hundred dollar even after purchasing some discount points due to a credit applied to our account by his company. Scott has been amazing, this is our second purchase with Scott and he never fails to impress. It didn't matter if I called at night, on Sunday or anything in between... he was always available and always had answers to my questions.
