I dislike that there is no in-between acceptable and impressive. Overall I had a good experience with Scott! I was most satisfied with his communication and responsiveness. The only reason I chose acceptable instead was because I felt like I had many changes made to my CD right after my option period was over and right before my signing which was during the time I was physically unable to review my documents due to physically moving and driving cross country. Scott was amazing to work with. Though his personal life was in chaos due to storms and tornados, he still got the job done. Their office was also out of electricity so I am not sure if they were using hot spots on laptops but the job got done in a timely manner. We were all very impressed!!
