When financing is involved in a real estate transaction, it’s so important to have good communication with the lender. That’s what I so appreciated the most about dealing with Scott North. He was accessible and responsive. I also really liked the short videos that inform the buyer of the various steps along the way as the loan progresses to those magic words “Clear to close.”
