Scott was very responsive with any questions, always took time to talk things through with us. Stephanie was very responsive too. Always communicating with us step by step. We were out of state trying to finance the purchase of a home in Florida and we always felt like we were right with them. Customer service is lacked alot these days, but not with these two....great personal care
