I have had far more pleasant mortgage processing experiences in the past leading up to this most recent one. There could be multiple reasons for this including the current realestate market volume of high numbers of prospective buyers with a low inventory of homes available. This availability appears to be ever changing, even hourly. Volativity and stress is evident for buyers, sellers, and processors. As I speak, I am moving to Florida with no time or priority in commenting further.
