Scott violated my privacy by discussing my contract with another realtor after I told him we were using a different realtor. He said there was confusion and it was his confusion. When he violated my trust and privacy the other realtor felt spurned and sent me outrageous hate mail. I don’t know why he was confused since I contacted him myself to discuss the new contract and the new realtor. I couldn’t sleep for days. Other than that everything was great. Great service and Stephanie was aweso.

Treat your valued customers like they are not just the number. I felt like I had to figure most of the things out myself thankfully I’m an agent in North Carolina and I have the help of the attorneys office and listing agent/owners. I received a call to get my mortgages verified that they were not in forbearance with no notice from Stephanie as the woman stated. I had no idea if this was a fraud call or not. Fees were changed on the CD and they were higher than my loan estimate.

Communication. Making an effort to know your clients beyond the numbers, making sure to hire people that thoroughly understand the business, and never put your name on something as a guarantee unless you’re 100% confident.
